FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1. How to book and pay?
- Contact us through the reservation form, email or telephone.
- After confirming availability, 25% of the total sum is necessary to book the apartment. Accepted methods of payment are: bank money transfer and Paypal (all major credit cards accepted).
- On arrival, you can pay the balance.
- All payments must be in Euros.
2. What is included in the rent?
Price includes bed and bathroom linen, electricity, water, gas and heating.
3. Are there any additional expenses?
- Expenses for final cleaning are an extra € 70.
- A security deposit of € 150 is due at the arrival. It will be wholly returned to you at the end of the stay if no damage takes place.
4. What about the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel 60 days before arrival (or a number of days greater than that), the reservation money will be reimbursed, except 10% of the total rent amount.
- If you cancel 59 days before arrival (or a number of days less than that), you will not be reimbursed.
- If you cancel 20 days before arrival (or a number of days less than that), the total amount is due.
5. Is there a rental agreement?
We always sign a rental agreement with our guests at the arrival, but if you want it before do not hesitate to ask and we will email it to you.
6. How to reach the apartment?
The apartment can be easily reached by plane, train or car:
- Fly to Rome - We can arrange for you a comfortable and cheap transfer from Ciampino and Fiumicino airport.
- Come to Rome by train - Termini central station is just two subway stops away.
- Drive to Rome - A large paying garage is only 50 meters away.
Just ask and we will send you all the details.
7. Check-in and check out?
- Check-in time is after 3 pm. Once you have reached the building where the apartment is located, just press the button “Int. 11” on the entry phone. Once in the elevator press button 6 (sixth floor). We will greet you at the apartment and give you two set of keys.
- Check-out time is at 11 am.
8. What about bed arrangements?
Give a look at the floor plan and tell us which rooms you want to be arranged with linen and towels. Consider that you can choose whether you prefer the two twin rooms to be arranged as twins or double: they can be arranged as it is better for you.
9. What about documents?
At the check-in you should give us the photocopies of the documents of all guests, since we must communicate your presence to the local police within 24 hours from your arrival.
10. Is there an airport transfer?
If you need it, we can arrange for you the airport transfer. It is more comfortable and sometimes even cheaper than taxis, especially for large groups.
