FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1. How to book and pay?
- Contact us through the reservation form, email or telephone.
- After confirming availability, a part of the total sum is necessary
to book the apartment. Accepted methods of payment are: bank money
transfer and Paypal (all major credit cards accepted).
- On arrival, you can pay the balance.
- All payments must be in Euros.
2. What is included in the rent?
The apartment is rented completely furnished and fully equipped.
3. Is there a security deposit?
- A security deposit of € 200 is
due at the arrival. It will be wholly returned to you at the end of the
stay if no damage takes place.
4. What about the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel 60 days before arrival
(or a number of days greater than that), the reservation money will be
reimbursed, except 10% of the total rent amount.
- If you cancel 59 days before arrival (or a number of days less than that), you will not be reimbursed.
- If you cancel 20 days before arrival (or a number of days less than that), the total amount is due.
5. Is there a rental agreement?
We always sign a standard law-compliant
lease agreement with our tenants, as the apartment is rented in
accordance with the Italian Law n.431/98only for tourism purposes and no services are provided. The agreement is emailed to future tenants and signed when the booking is confirmed.
6. How to reach the apartment?
The apartment can be easily reached by plane, train or car:
- Fly to Rome - Comfortable and cheap transfers from Ciampino and Fiumicino airport are available.
- Come to Rome by train - Termini central station is just two subway stops away.
- Drive to Rome - A large paying garage is only 50 meters away.
7. Check-in and check out?
- Check-in time is after 3 pm. Once you
have reached the building where the apartment is located, just press
the button “Int. 11” on the entry phone. Once in the lift
press button 6 (sixth floor). We will greet you at the apartment and
provide you with two sets of keys.
- Check-out time is not later than 10 am.
8. What about bed arrangements?
Have a look at the floor plan and consider that you can arrange the two twin rooms as twins or double.
9. What about documents?
At the check-in you will give us the
photocopies of documents for all group members, since law requires your
presence to be communicated to the local police within 24 hours from
arrival.
