“Un mois après y avoir séjourné, je confirme mon enthousiasme à propos de cet appartement, lumineux, confortable, bien équipé (on peut effectivement y manger à 12 sans problème de place, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc., ce qui est malheureusement souvent le cas). Il est situé très près du Colisée mais dans un quartier pas encore trop touristique et très agréable. La vue est magnifique. La propriétaire et sa fille Carolina sont aussi charmantes que serviables. C'était mon 9ème séjour à Rome, chaque fois en appartement et ce dernier dépassait de loin tous les autres.”

"Piękny apartament w pełni wyposażony. Spędziliśmy w nim wygodnie tydzień w 11 osób. Od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy sie jak w domu. Właściciele życzliwi i taktowni. Przygotowali dossier z kompletem informacji na temat Rzymu (mapki,godziny otwarcia muzeów, wizytówki restauracji itp.) Był nawet na DVD o zabytkach Rzymu oraz "Rzymskie wakacje" w 5 językach. Bellissimo appartamento in cui abbiamo trascorso comodamente 7 giorni in 11 persone. Ci siamo subito sentititi come a casa nostra. I proprietari gentilissimi ma riservati. Ci hanno lasciato a disposizione un dossier con tutte le informazioni utili su Roma (mappe, trasporti, ristoranti ecc.) e su DVD un documentario sui monumenti di Roma e il film "Le vacanze romane" in 5 lingue."

Answer: "Thank you very much Colombe for the suggestion: we’ve just changed the hot water system. The one we’ve put now assures hot water without interruption and it is ideal for 12 people."

"Als je het appartement binnenkomt krijg je meteen het vakantiegevoel: het riante terras met de sfeervolle citrusvruchten en een fantastische uitzicht. Midden in het historische Rome en 'savonds de ondergaande zon. Door de ruimte van het appartement konden we met de hele familie (onze moeder en drie stellen) bij elkaar zijn met de nodige privacy. De supermarkt is 3 stappen lopen en om de hoek zijn diverse retaurantjes te vinden (beetje eenvoudig touristisch, maar wel eens handig). Dat gaan we zeker nog eens doen, want we hebben Rome nog lang niet gezien."

"I would rate the house, the location and the amenities 5/5. I would also recommend the property to anyone who wanted a peaceful location in Rome. The flat is well-equipped, with quality linen and furnishings. It is centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the metro and the Coliseum. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well. The flat’s terraces are wonderful and are a perfect place to enjoy a meal or just a quiet drink. And there was NO noise of any kind. Very relaxing. I can only sing the praises of this property. I hope to return again someday."

"We were transported into the Italian lifestyle - the coliseum a stones throw away, breathtaking views from the different rooms, parks within walking distance and lovely local eateries within two blocks. What better way to taste the essence of Rome than to be immersed in it. The apartment was lovely. Third bedroom although a breathtaking view was not easily accessible if someone in your party has agility problems. Owners were very very helpful and location although in the centre of things, provided quiet and a sense of home away from home. We would gladly recommend it to any of our friends, particularly families or groups. All in all, a very pleasant experience."
