- Contact us through the reservation form, email or telephone. 2. What is included in the rent? The apartment is rented completely furnished and fully equipped. 3. Is there a security deposit? - A security deposit of € 200 is due on arrival. It will be wholly returned to you at the end of the stay if no damage takes place. 4. What about the cancellation policy? - If you cancel 60 days before arrival (or a number of days greater than that), the reservation money will be reimbursed, except 10% of the total rent amount. 5. Is there a rental agreement? We always sign a standard law-compliant lease agreement with our lessees, as the apartment is rented only for tourism purposes in accordance with the Italian Law (Italian Civil Code art. 1571-1627; Law n.431/98 art. 1 p.2 c) and no services are provided. The agreement is emailed to future lessees and signed when the booking is confirmed. 6. How to reach the apartment? The apartment can be easily reached by plane, train or car: - Arrival time is after 3 pm. Once you have reached the building where the apartment is located, just press the button “Int. 11” on the entry phone. Once in the lift press button 6 (sixth floor). We will greet you at the apartment and provide you with two or three sets of keys. 8. What about bed arrangements? Consider that you can arrange one twin room as a double. At the arrival you will give us the photocopies of documents for all group members, since law requires your presence to be communicated to the local police within 24 hours from arrival.
