Brief stays accepted with a minimum of 2 nights.
Long stays accepted with a maximum of 28 nights.

Prices change in relation to group size and season.

In Low Season Periods (January 7 – 29; February 6 – 29) prices get a 10% decrease.

In High Season Periods (26 March – 16 November) prices get a 20% increase.

In Higher Season Periods (March 19 – 25; December 20 – January 6) prices get a 30% increase.

Price includes bed and bathroom linen, electricity, water, gas and heating.

Expenses for final cleaning: € 70.
